Private teaching studio
Plan, teach, wrap up
Keep the teaching day in one flow: plan the lesson, run the session, write the wrap-up, and pick up from the right place next time.
Open today’s card, drop in a starter plan, and split the lesson into timed pieces: explanation, practice, review, conversation, or performance. Attach materials from the library. Teacher-only notes stay off shared reports.
Start when the student arrives. A running clock sits on the current item; mark it done, flag it for rework, or jot a short note before you move on.
Record what you covered, which topics feel confident, which need review, and which are still hard. Assign homework with a due date and a draft of the next lesson.

TutorFlow is a local teaching studio for private tutors. Lesson plans, student cards, homework, wrap-ups, topic history, and an optional teacher photo stay on this device. The app does not operate a TutorFlow account server that stores your studio.
If you take a photo or pick one from the library, that image is used only as the teacher portrait on the Today screen. Optional reminders (a lesson without a plan, a wrap-up still empty, homework due for review, or a gap on the calendar) send local notifications after you allow them. A JSON backup exports studio data when you ask; a PDF report can be shared from a student card.
We do not sell personal information. Deleting the app removes local data. For privacy questions write to patriciacerqueiraviolante@mailfence.com.
For questions about TutorFlow, a lesson that will not start, or a wrap-up that did not save, email patriciacerqueiraviolante@mailfence.com. Include the iOS version and what you tapped last. We reply in English.
Plans, homework, and progress run on the device. Camera and photo library are used only for the teacher photo; notifications fire only after you turn them on.
